Our business structure is based on the theories of lean manufacturing and total quality management. This means we are always focused on getting rid of wasteful materials, processes and lead-time that detract from our final product. We focus on adding value to each part of the fabrication process. This is another way we help you save money and time!

• We practice in-process quality control checks to catch a potential product failure during the actual fabrication process versus doing it at the end that wastes valuable time if a product is not up to standard.

• We chart your standard fabrication procedures and customize our work orders to be used each time we make a product for you.
  
  
• We work with you on a personalized basis to use unique procedures to get the best product for your patient. We provide a specially assigned technical contact to help you track project management. When appropriate, we can provide a Fabtech Systems representative to come to your facility for free to help you solve your fabrication challenges.

4. Speed | Timeliness and Flexibility

• We realize time is of the essence in any business, so we have developed quick turn-around times. Most projects can be completed within one to three days. But if our standard turn-around time isn't feasible for a particular project, we can work with you to come up with a more appropriate delivery date.
  
  
• We are located near a major cargo-shipping hub and can guarantee our swift turn-around schedules.
