Greg Mattson, CTPO, CPA President, CEO

Since his first job in the technical department at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford over three decades ago, Greg’s unique combination of artistry and technical expertise have made a significant impact on the O&P industry, and the people who rely on its products and services.

He is a sought-after industry speaker, technical lecturer, and author.

The recipient of the prestigious “O&P News 175 Innovators in Orthotics & Prosthetics” award in 2015, Greg is also an active industry leader, holding several positions outside his CEO role.

Scott Wimberley, CTPO, CPA Manufacturing Director

Scott got involved with the O&P industry and started his adaptive life when his leg was amputated in 1970.
While working for Yosemite Search and Rescue in 1996, Scott became a patient model and athlete for Hosmer Dorrance in San Jose, California.

With a history of building adaptive devices for sports and an education in tool-making, it quickly developed into a full-time job.

Scott is a trained upper extremity technician and has worked with several leaders in the industry, helping to develop and field test new products.
He worked at Stanford University before relocating to Western Washington, where he helped start Fabtech with his two partners, Greg and Dave.

Dave Hughes, LCPO Clinical Specialist

As a founding partner in Fabtech and Cornerstone Prosthetics and Orthotics Inc, Dave specializes in prosthetic patient care and advanced carbon orthotics.

He currently serves as an Adjunct Lecturer for the University of Washington School of Prosthetics and Orthotics, where he graduated in 1984.

He spends his free time with his wife, two grown children, and friends. Dave enjoys skiing, snowboarding, golf, and traveling.

Founded by former Fabtech technician Keith Quals, One World Unity Project is a nonprofit organization helping people with basic needs, clean air, clean water, and mobility through prosthetics.

Keith worked with Fabtech for many years, excelling at his craft and genuinely loving his work. He took his passion for helping people into the developing world and is now on a full-time mission.

The organization’s current focus is on the highlands of Guatemala, where people live on less than $1 a day.
