CFAB Orders

International Orders

Fabtech Systems has International Distributors in Canada and abroad. We encourage our customers to do business with these distributors. Please call customer service at 1- 800-FABTECH and ask for the name of the distributor nearest you. Doing business locally will avoid direct payment of brokerage and other import fees and might actually save money over buying direct. Fabtech Systems will sell directly to international customers whenever the customer so desires. Please make payment in US funds via wire transfer, VISA and Master Card. The customer is responsible for any brokerage charges, duty, taxes, etc.

New Accounts

Visa and Master Card payments are accepted for immediate shipment and require no account setup. Credit terms are available for established approved accounts. For all new accounts wishing to pursue a credit line we require a completed credit application (available in our catalog or on our website).

Terms of Sale

The use of a credit line signifies the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Payment terms for accounts approved with a credit line are Net Thirty (30) days. In the event of conflict between a customer purchase order, both intentional or by accident (such as the use of preprinted forms or templates) these account terms will prevail. These terms represent the sole arrangement. Any arrangement other than this must be approved mutually in writing.

Freight Charges

Orders are F.O.B. from Everett, Washington via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Customer pays freight charges and all other incidental fees.

Incentive Programs / Discounts

Approved customers may be eligible for a negotiated discount on products. Discounts and Incentives are Net30 (30 Days) Term on time payment to be exercised. Late payments are not eligible for discounts and or incentives. Shipping costs are not included in the discount.

Past Due Accounts

Past due accounts are ineligible of exercising any discount. Accounts over Sixty (60) days are place on credit hold.

Finance Charges

Past due accounts are subject to 1 1/2 % per month finance charge, an effective annual rate of 18% interest, a $30.00 charge will be applied to all returned checks.

Collection Costs

Companies will be held liable for any and all cost associated with the collection of any past due funds and attorney fees arising from collection efforts made.

Returns/Order Discrepancy

Return requests will be honored for 60 days after shipping on all stocked products. This 60 day satisfaction service is contingent on the following terms.

1. Products must have a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return Authorization Numbers may be obtained by contacting Fabtech Systems at 1-800-FABTECH.
2. Product must be returned with original packaging and labeling.
3. Product must be undamaged and saleable as new.
4. Product must have been purchased from Fabtech Systems. (Products purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance to the distributor's policy)
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Fabtech Systems will consider return requests beyond 60 days. This is at our sole discretion and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and or other negotiated terms.

Return shipping costs and all other incidental fees are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are nonrefundable as part of your return unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

Special Order Items

Any special order/non-stocked item is not eligible for return. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the special order item is correct for their application at time of ordering.


FABTECH SYSTEMS LLC warrants FABTECH SYSTEMS Products to be free of any manufacturing or workmanship defects for 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover failure caused by erroneous application, custom fabrication done to customer specification, improper storage, intentional misuse, or shelf-life expiration. FABTECH SYSTEMS at its discretion will replace or repair any of its products that do not meet this warranty. The replacement or repair of the defective product is the exclusive remedy; liability does not extend to any other damages, incidental, consequential, or otherwise.

The products we distribute are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. The terms and conditions of the warranty are provided by the manufacturer and may vary for different products. Please refer to the product documentation or contact our customer service for specific warranty details. Warranty items may require additional support documentation in the form of warranty cards, replacement serial numbers, or patient information.

Shipping Damage

If you receive damaged product with visible damage to external shipping containers, please report the damage to the carrier at the time of receipt. Please also contact Fabtech Systems with details of the damage.
